MARCH 2026 FUNDING WINDOWS
By Venture Intelligence Desk | Execution Unit
(The Opportunities)
Three major liquidity events are closing soon. To qualify, you need more than a pitch deck —
you need a deployed product. These programs filter for evidence: working code, a live demo, and measurable traction.
-
Hub71 (Abu Dhabi): Access Programme (Cohort 19). Incentives package: AED 250k in-kind + AED 250k cash (baseline).
Deadline: Feb 15, 2026.
-
Astana Hub x Draper: “Hero Training” (Silicon Valley / Draper University track).
Deadline: Mar 02.
-
QazInnovations: Commercialization grants (Stage 1). Up to 20M KZT.
(The Tactical Edge)
The filter for these programs is Traction. They fund working code, not slides.
The Digital Qazaqstan architecture is built for deadline pressure: generate a deployable MVP fast,
then iterate in public with an audit trail (commits, deployments, feedback).
(The Link)
Don’t wait for a CTO. Generate the core architecture now:
DQZ NOTE: “Speed is the only leverage. While competitors are designing slides, you can deploy a working backend on our Sovereign Cloud.
This is how you win the grant.”

You need a working MVP to win (Hub71 / Astana Hub). Deploy in 48 hours.

Execution Pattern
The winning move is simple: ship a thin, correct core and prove it runs. A demo URL beats a PDF.
Your deliverable is not “a plan” — it’s a deployed system with a commit history.
Primary Tool
Suggested artifacts (what evaluators actually check):
- Live demo: URL + short screen recording.
- Repo evidence: commits, issues, README, environment setup.
- Traction probe: a signup form, waitlist, or one customer integration.
Sidebar
- Day 0: fork generator → generate project → deploy a demo URL.
- Day 1–2: add one real workflow (payments, booking, tracking, etc.).
- Day 3: instrumentation (logs, metrics) + screenshots for application.
- Day 4–7: traction probe: users, pilots, LOIs, integration evidence.
Execution
High signal, no noise. The deadline is a compiler: it forces shipping. Build the MVP, then apply.
Checklist (7-day sprint)
- Repo: README, install steps, env vars, one-command run.
- Deploy: staging + production; public demo URL.
- Proof: 3–5 screenshots + short video walkthrough.
- Metrics: at least one measurable action (signup, trial, pilot).
